“Iconic Women Leaders & Policy Makers Influencing a Better World” Awards Were Presented WEF Delhi 2016

One of the awards of Women Economic Forum that honors women leaders and policy makers involved in influencing international policy progress is “Iconic Women Leaders & Policy Makers Influencing a Better World” award. It is presented during WEF to all the extraordinary women leaders and policy makers around the globe who make an extraordinary effort to change the world for better. 

This year WEF “Iconic Women Leaders & Policy Makers Influencing a Better World”  award was received by: Raisa Gisela Banfield Rengifo, Vice Mayor of the District of Panama;  Dolores Moreno, Director General for Gender Equality at Madrid´s Regional Government, Spain; María L. Navarro, Vice Minister of Multilateral Affairs and Cooperation, Panama; Kaushalya Siriwardana, Minister of Peace Monte e Agrella, USA; Marty Mauzy, Executive Director at Ash Center for Democratic Governance & Innovation, USA;  Dana Kursh – Deputy Chief of Mission of Israel to India;  Miriam Preckler, Advisor To The Minister of Social Policies & Family Affairs, Spain; Parmjeet Parmar, Member of Parliament from the ruling party at WEF, New Zealand;  Edwidge K M Mutale, The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Gender, Zambia.
